Niaron Ltd. are a multi-disciplinary civil engineering and utilities contractor operating nationwide in the public and private sector with offices located in Limerick and Ashbourne, Co. Meath. We have several long-standing clients providing repeat business through individually tendered projects and long-term framework agreements. The business has undergone significant growth in the past 5 years, we are looking to underpin this growth by adding to our existing team with the appointment of a Senior Office Administrator for our Limerick business to support our project teams, reactive work crews, transportation and plant department.
The Role
The position will be based in our Mungret Office, Limerick with occasional travel to client sites. The role of Senior Office Administrator will support the administrative function of our office and finance department.
An understanding of the Construction Industry and a business or finance qualification would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
The duties of the Senior Office Administrator include:.
- Processing of delivery notes, dockets, invoices and timesheets.
- Support the Finance team to generate cost reports on a monthly basis.
- Collect project budgets for construction from our site teams including information on suppliers and subcontractors.
- Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in our various offices and on site.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with all information.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
- Basic qualification in business or finance.
- Experience in use of Brightpay Connect and Quickbooks Online is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of 5 years data entry/administration experience required.
- Previous experience within the Construction Industry as a Site Clerk, Administration, Compliance or Audit background desirable.
- Excellent Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, etc.
- Good communication skills - fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong numerical ability and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
