Client: Irish Cement
Overview
The project involved the construction of a Solid Recovered Fuel Facility for Irish Cement, comprising three distinct process buildings, along with a substation and transformer room. Notably, the construction was carried out within the confines of a live cement plant that operated around the clock, 24/7. Throughout the project's duration, Niaron Ltd. assumed the roles of Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS). Daily coordination meetings, conducted in collaboration with the Plant Supervisor, were instrumental in ensuring that plant activities remained undisrupted by the ongoing construction activities.
